July 29 - Ready, Set, Jump!!! I spent the day in Balboa. It was the day the Jr. Lifeguards jump off the pier...I asked the mothers that were watching if this was a "get to" day or a "have to" day...definitely a "get to" day they said...I'm not sure I would feel the same way.
