  • July 13 - So thankful to get a phone call this morning telling me they are sending me the letter of clearance needed to get my name off that watch list...seems it was simply a data entry error.<br /> <br /> #CY365 - Contained
  • July 12 - Well, the last few days have been "interesting". Tuesday I spent 7+ hours at the DMV to get my license renewed (4 hrs standing in line and 3 hrs sitting waiting) only to be told that it was not cleared for renewal as I was on a federal "watch list" in a state I have never been to. Yesterday I spent most of the day on the phone and visiting a variety of government agencies being fingerprinted, notarized and generally trying to prove that I am who I say I am. Now that it's all submitted I wait to see if it is accepted and approved, then my only step will be getting back in that line at the DMV...until then I try to relax.<br /> <br /> #CY3765 - Relax

  • July 1 - I'm back...<br /> That's the longest I've ever missed my photo-a-day. Truthfully, I just didn't feel like picking up my camera so I gave myself a break.   • June 26 - And today we celebrate...Happy Birthday to the best guy ever
  • June 25 - After 91 years my Mom's work on earth is done. A loving wife, mother and grandmother; she demonstrated how to live a life of service and grace. The past eight years were difficult and humbling for her and yet she never complained. She greeted each day and each person with a smile making the choice to be a blessing. And though I will miss our daily visits, I rejoice in knowing that I will see her again someday. For now, she is worshipping her Lord; "in a nobler, sweeter song" she sings of His power to save...Rest in Peace Mama
