August 9 - While in Amsterdam we happened upon 'The Winkel' restaurant where people were lined up out the door waiting for a piece of Dutch Apple Pie (Appeltaart) for BREAKFAST!! Pie for breakfast is my kind of place and it was delicious. Today I tried out the recipe. It's warm & yummy...want to join me???

  • August 18 - Taj Mahal Medical Arts Building
  • August 17 - A sunny bouquet
  • August 16 - Lexi...the little diva dog home from the groomers.
  • August 15 - A little smoke photography
  • August 14 - It ended up being a pretty nice evening in Laguna Beach.
  • August 13 - Color...Stocked up today on tissue paper so now I'm ready for any gift giving occasion that comes along.
  • August 12 - Shopping Day. With my son leaving at the end of the week the list was shorter...and much more boring.
  • August 11 - A new birdfeeder from my son for my birthday. Too bad the birds don't feed when the sun goes down...it would make a killer shot.
  • August 10 - Motion = Spinning Quarter

  • August 8 - Ink in Water
  • August 7 - A special friend left flowers on my doorstep yesterday.
  • August 6 - Spent my birthday at the Free Flight Bird Sanctuary in Del Mar CA. Now headed out for a celebration dinner and topping it off with Cinnamon & Sugar Pizza!!!
  • August 5 - Happy Birthday to my daughter Katherine. Wishing we could celebrate all together.
  • August 4 - Caught one of the Monarch Butterflies open today.
